Rehearse before go-live
Teams work through hotel scenarios in test surfaces, so the first attempt is not made on a paying guest.
Practise realistic hotel scenarios in a structured environment before applying new methods to live guest or commercial work.
An AI training simulation platform presents realistic scenarios, asks participants to make decisions and provides structured feedback. For hotel teams, simulations can cover marketing, guest communication, offer design and operational prioritisation without using live guest situations as experiments.
Every module or service needs a defined guest outcome, hotel owner and review signal.
Teams work through hotel scenarios in test surfaces, so the first attempt is not made on a paying guest.
Debriefs use what the exercise left behind: the reply sent, the moment the assistant was taken over and the note added to the record.
Each scenario ends in a rule the hotel keeps: who approves, when to escalate and what is never handled by an assistant.

Practise realistic hotel scenarios in a structured environment before applying new methods to live guest or commercial work.
Each capability is tied to a real guest decision, hotel owner and visible next action.
Scenarios are written for reception, reservations, marketing and duty-manager roles, each with a brief, a constraint and one decision to make.
Staff put guest questions to the configured assistant in the chat widget's built-in playground, before that widget goes live on the website.
Reservation drills run on a test booking widget with Mock Mode switched on, which simulates a booking with no charge taken and no email sent.
Scenarios use contacts and enquiries added by hand for the session, so no live guest profile, activity timeline or contact detail is touched.
Participants practise taking a chat over from the assistant, resolving it and judging which requests belong with a named member of staff.
Marketing staff practise editing, approving or skipping drafts at the content planner's needs-review step, since nothing publishes on its own.
A shared sequence makes ownership and handover easier to inspect.
We agree the roles, decisions and failure points the hotel wants rehearsed.
Invented CRM records are added, the chat widget's playground is opened against the current assistant setup and a test booking widget is switched into Mock Mode.
Participants work each scenario in those surfaces, make a call and defend it in the debrief.
Agreed rules, escalation points and unresolved questions are written down for the team.
Use these checks to compare options, document ownership and avoid a disconnected implementation.
Model guest communication, commercial and operational decisions with the constraints teams face in practice.
Evaluate evidence, escalation and reasoning—not whether a participant copied one preferred response.
Use controlled scenarios and synthetic records unless an approved data process explicitly permits otherwise.
This is a facilitated training service run on test surfaces the platform already has, not a separate simulation application you license.
Sessions produce observed decisions and written operating rules for the hotel, not an accredited hospitality qualification.
Clear scope matters more than broad promises.
It is a service we run with your team. The scenarios sit on surfaces each module already has, such as the chat widget's built-in playground and Mock Mode on a test booking widget. There is no separate simulation application sold on its own.
No. Booking drills use a test or pre-launch widget with Mock Mode switched on, a setting in the booking rules that simulates a reservation with no charge taken and no confirmation email sent. It is a setting on a widget rather than a separate practice system, so a widget already serving guests is not put into simulation for a session. Guest profiles and enquiries used in scenarios are added by hand for the session rather than drawn from live records.
Those are two separate jobs. A session often exposes questions the assistant could not answer, and those gaps can be added to the knowledge base afterwards as FAQ items with a priority. The assistant does not improve by itself as a result of the training.
No. Hotel Tech AI does not replace or supply a PMS, so scenarios stop at the boundary of your property system. Exercises cover the enquiry, the judgement call and the handover, while PMS training stays with your PMS provider.
Map the guest decision, current systems, team owner and smallest useful next step.
